Busy small insurance agency in Midtown has an opening for entry level sales assistant to help launch large marketing project. Our market is strictly B2B - no individual sales, with hours from 9-4pm Monday through Friday.
Candidate MUST be effective at:
- Phone: Comfortable calling employers and identifying the name of decision maker
- Excel: Be able to work efficiently and input the information for that prospect into a CRM
- Work to set up appointment for agency owner: With coaching, mentoring and training, be able a month from now to set appointments
Candidate should have a good working computer with Microsoft Office products loaded (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc), have a good, strong phone voice, be reliable and personable.
Ideally have a background in sales and the right candidate would move into a full-time position with salary and bonuses.
