Position: Fire Protection Company Service Coordinator
Anchorage based Fire Protection Contractor looking to hire a service coordinator and assistant to our Service Manager.
Hours- Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
Experience and Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting.
Good computer skills. Experience with Sage Master Builder & Adobe is a plus.
Maintain Client and Business Confidentiality.
Must be a self-starter
Detail oriented, highly organized and accurate.
Have a good attitude and the ability to work well with others.
Strong Communication skills both verbal and written.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule service work and inspections for service manager.
Maintain daily, weekly, monthly and annually communications with clients for all inspections and service work.
Communicate and assist in directing service technicians.
Maintain client service inspections and reports.
Prepare billings and invoice for all service work.
Provide general assistance for Service Manager.
Maintain weekly time cards for service technicians and submit to office manager for weekly payroll.
Monitor and maintain communication will all past due accounts.
Be willing to learn and understand the highlights of our industry, in order to answer client’s questions.
Back up for the front desk and answering phones
Be willing to support others in the office as needed.
Experience: Prefer at least one year of accounting experience and must highly detail oriented.
Compensation: $17-$24 per hour DOE, to include paid vacations, 401K and Health insurance
