Description:

Local property owner is searching for a self-motivated, energetic, detail oriented person to implement and manage a marketing agenda as well as assist our leasing and property management teams for two shopping centers in Alaska. The Duties will include:

Marketing:

  1. Keep website and Facebook up to date

  2. Improve website with Tenant sales and promotional events

  3. Present recommendations and budgets for advertising on Radio, TV and Newspaper

  4. Organize Events in the Center

    1. Farmers Market

    2. Car Shows

    3. Concerts

    4. Athletic Events

    5. Charity Events

    6. Blood Drive

    7. Radio station promotion

  5. Create on-going events

    1. Military Day

    2. Date Night

    3. Senior Discount Day

    4. Holiday Events for: Christmas, Easter, 4th of July, Back to School, Halloween, Veteran`s Day, Permanent Fund Day, Black Friday

Leasing & Scouting:

  1. Make sure vacant spaces are presentable to show to potential tenants

  2. Make sure vacant spaces have Leasing signs and/or banners

  3. Make sure each vacant has a functioning lockbox with a key that unlocks the door.

  4. Be available to show space and talk about all the wonderful things about each Center

  5. Be available to check on sites and take pictures for potential acquisitions

Property Management:

  1. Develop excellent Tenant relationships

  2. Deal with Tenant requests, as the Lease allows

  3. Regularly walk the properties to check for cleanliness and safety issues

  4. Periodically walk the properties with landscaper, snow removal contractor, Day Porter, etc. to make sure the work is up to Browman standards.

  5. Get bids submit to Sr. PM to review and approve.

  6. Prepare vendor contracts and obtain signatures

  7. Approve invoices and send to Browman office for final approval and payment

  8. Visually check problems as they arise and call the appropriate vendor to handle the issue

  9. Work with Sr. PM to prepare annual CAM budgets

  10. Help Sr. PM with rent collections
