Candidate must be highly motivated setting and meeting external service goals along, with personal professional goals relating to the technical industry. Have you been consistently exceeded company technical repair goals and expectations within a designated criteria?
Service Technicians are responsible for establishing and maintaining good relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient, and professional repair service in a safe and timely manner. Technicians maintain certifications, trainings, and understand, market, and communicate our company’s products and services to customers.

Lexmark Printer Copier Certifications (current)

Direct customer facing service experience.
Capacity to work independently without direct supervision.
Ability to learn and understand new products.
