Front Desk Sales Executive

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to serve as a front desk/retail sales associate, who operates at the hub of our company. A customer service, team-oriented focus is of utmost importance. You will be the first greeter for every customer every day, so your positive attitude, competence, and enthusiasm are required. Must be organized, a multi-tasker, and a problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Coordinate with the Sales team to provide excellent customer service.
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
• Check, sort and forward emails
• Keep updated records and files
• Take up other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong communication and people skills
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Familiarity with office machines
• Knowledge of office protocols
• Problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• High school degree or equivalent
• Must be able to type 40 words per minute.
• Excellent reading comprehension

Pay / Hours

Full Time - $19 + DOE / 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
