Assistant Office Manager
General Contractor accepting applications for Anchorage based Assistant Office Manager with possible remote work opportunities. This position must be reliable, motivated, organized and be able to handle a high paced work environment. This position will work closely with the Office Managers in the support of remote work. Primary duties will include onboarding, timekeeping and travel. Additional duties will include assisting the Office Manager with invoicing and accounting functions as needed. Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and data-entry skills preferred to include 10-key. Competitive wages DOE and benefits included such as health, dental, vision and 401K.
