Hiring - Summer Sales Staff at Oomingmak Musk Ox Producer Co-Op Downtown Anchorage

Part time or full-time summer sales position with some office duties.

We are a small Alaskan Native owned Co-op where the members hand knit garments that are sold at our shop in downtown Anchorage. Our sales staff are the first face the visitors see. You will be expected to tell the story of the Co-Op, know the prices and stories of our garments and be willing to answer questions about Alaska. We are a small shop and have a small staff, so there will be times where you will be asked to help with office tasks or help with upkeep the outside of the shop. We are a unique store, so you maybe on your feet and talking for long periods of time if we get busy. Money handling skills are required, and good penmanship is helpful.

Our biggest requirement is someone who is friendly and outgoing, who can think of their feet.
