We are an Industrial Wholesaler (PVF) looking for a team member to help with Inside Sales and lead our Outside Sales efforts.  Position is based in Anchorage, AK with occasional travel to customer sites around Alaska.  We are a small team in AK, but part of a 20+ branch network across the Pacific Northwest, Phoenix, AZ, & Houston, TX.

Details

Position would start with learning about the products we sell (i.e. pressure gauges, solenoid valves, gaskets, air filters, gas detection, PVF); quoting customers; entering orders & purchase orders; order status/expediting.

After introductory period, duties would also include visiting customer locations around Alaska as needed as well as making sales calls with manufacturer reps when they are up in Alaska.  The goal being to establish contacts & relationships with customers, quote & recommend products for them, & help grow the business.

*Requirements:  Some knowledge of Pipe, Valve, & Fittings (PVF) Industry and willingness to learn & travel occasionally.   

*Compensation

Salary plus bonus eligibility   (Based on experience) (Pay is semi-monthly)
