Reporting to the Records and Information Manager, the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Float supports the primary Receptionist position by providing reception coverage for daily breaks, unexpected absences, and scheduled time off. They will also be responsible for performing various administrative duties throughout the Chugachmiut Anchorage office as assigned by the Records and Information Manager to support the Administration Division as needed. This position will involve working within different levels of the Chugachmiut organization and performing diverse tasks according to the needs of each department. This position requires strong time management skills, personal accountability, and effective teamwork.

Hours of work are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour for lunch. This is a full-time 37.5 hours per week and 1950 hours per year position. Chugachmiut maintains a drug/alcohol free and non-smoking environment.
