Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and direct customers.
• Provide accurate information (i.e. product features and design, pricing and after-sale services, fur care and longevity, etc.)
• Answer customers` questions about specific products/services.
• Cross-sell products.
• Ensure racks and shelves are fully stocked.
• Manage and assist with returns/exchanges of merchandise.
• Coordinate with your peers to provide excellent customer service and to provide security awareness and coverage (especially during peak times).
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
• Keep showroom clean, dusted, and vacuumed.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
   

Job Requirements & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role.
• General understanding of the retail sales process.
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to learn about and retain the many types of furs, their differences, and their origins (this will be included in your training).
• Must be able to be on your feet/stand for +8 hours a day.
• Cash handling and balancing experience.
• Must be able to lift/move +65lbs on occasion.
• Must have a positive and outgoing attitude.
• Must always maintain a clean and professional appearance.
   

Job Types: Full-time

Hourly Range: $20 - $25.00 per hour – Depending on experience

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay + Hourly
   

Experience:

• High End Retail Sales: 2 years (Required)
   

Schedule Requirements:

• 8-hour shift, with 30-minute lunch
• Hours of operation: 10am – 6:30pm (will vary on occasion and season)
• 5-6 days a week
• Monday – Sunday
