Inside Sales Representative – Phillips Scales

Anchorage, Alaska | Full-Time, 40 hrs/week

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Anchorage office. This role involves supporting customers with quotes and orders, coordinating with technicians and outside sales, and building strong business relationships. Sales experience is a plus, but we are open to training the right candidate with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up with customers
• Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders
• Coordinate with service technicians and outside sales staff
• Build and maintain customer relationships with professionalism and accuracy
• Assist with general office and sales support tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (inside sales experience a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with email, order entry, and managing customer records
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to company systems and processes
