Job Description:

• The schedule includes alternating 10-hour shifts on Fridays and Mondays, 10-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, and coverage when the OR front desk caregiver is on PTO.
• OR Front Desk - Coordinates daily surgery schedule, communicates with OR Charge RN, staff surgeons, anesthesiologists
• Watch the schedule / progression updates, and then call in the folks and coordinate etc.
• Field discussions with surgeons all day long, along with phone calls in, alerting room turns / cleans some OR workflows, and calls to add things to the schedule (so are trained to schedule, but a subset of the day)
• Sit with OR charge nurse and leads that are in and out through the day.
• Option for converstion to perm staff if assignment is successful.
• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Epic experience Required
