About the Role

Quad is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead client relationships, oversee service delivery, and drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth. This role partners with clients and internal teams to deliver effective marketing solutions, manage complex projects, and identify opportunities for long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
• Oversee client accounts, projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop account strategies that support client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Resolve escalated client concerns and proactively manage risks.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts and develop new business.
• Monitor account performance, client feedback, and service quality.
• Prepare client presentations, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead, coach, and develop client services team members.
• Improve processes, communication, and overall client experience.

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in client services, account management, customer success, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex client relationships and projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and strengthen client partnerships.
• Proficiency with standard business productivity, CRM, and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing services, advertising, media, creative production, or commercial printing.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts and presenting to senior executives.
• Background in account growth, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

Compensation

Target salary range: $85,000–$110,000 per year, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, location, and other applicable factors.

Work Arrangement

This is a 100% remote position within the United States.
