Responsibilities

What Youll Be Doing (What Youll Learn)

In this role, youll develop practical skills by:

• Reviewing and entering payroll data (hours, pay, deductions, benefits)

• Learning how payroll systems work in a multi-company environment

• Identifying and fixing discrepancies to ensure accurate pay

• Maintaining employee payroll records and documentation

• Supporting payroll reporting and compliance processes

• Assisting with special payroll runs and adjustments

• Responding to employee questions and building professional communication skills

Qualifications

What Were Looking For

Were open to candidates starting or pivoting into accounting/payroll roles.

You could be a great fit if you have:

• A High School Diploma or GED

• ~2 years of experience OR exposure in:

• Accounting

• Bookkeeping

• Payroll

• Accounts Payable/Receivable

• Finance or HR support roles

• Basic to intermediate Excel skills (youll use it regularly)

• Successfully pass background and drug screenings

Bonus If You Have

• Coursework in accounting, finance, or business

• Internship or entry-level experience working with financial data

• Experience handling confidential or sensitive information
