Staffing Specialist

Shifts: 1st Shift. Employment Types: Temp to Hire, Full Time. Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 / hour.

Duties:

• Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates
• Match talent with open positions
• Build strong relationships with clients and associates
• Manage staffing requests and scheduling
• Process payroll and maintain accurate records
• Utilize recruiting and staffing platforms, including ATS.
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and exceptional service

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
• Customer service, recruiting, or sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for occasional local travel

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
