Under the direction of the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, the Compliance Manager is responsible for the administration and operational management of ANHC's compliance program. The position oversees compliance work plans, monitoring and auditing activities, policy governance and document control processes, compliance training, investigations, corrective action management, and regulatory compliance tracking. The Compliance Manager serves as a key resource to leaders and staff, providing operational leadershipand program oversight while supporting the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer in maintaining an effective and independent compliance program.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Work Experience: Three years of progressively responsible experience in compliance, auditing, risk management, privacy, internal controls, quality improvement, regulatory affairs, grants compliance, contract compliance, healthcare operations, financial services compliance, government regulation, or a related field.
Two to three years of leadership, supervisory, project management, or program oversight experience preferred.
Education, Certification and Licensure: Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public administration, accounting, finance, law, compliance, public health, nursing, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, certification, and directly related experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
Additional Skills & Knowledge: Strong analytical, investigative, documentation, and project management skills. Ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements to operational leaders and staff. Experience developing, reviewing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, standards, and related documentation to support compliance, risk management, and organizational operations.
