• Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour (DOE)

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Are you someone who enjoys helping customers and staying organized? Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM FIAT of Anchorage is looking for a BDC/Receptionist to support both our Sales and Service teams. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping create a positive experience, scheduling appointments, managing customer communications, and keeping our dealership running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department

• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales and service appointments

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding appointments, service needs, and customer satisfaction

• Help manage customer information and maintain accurate records in our CRM system

• Support customer retention efforts through follow-up and communication

• Assist customers with questions and escalate concerns when needed

• Provide administrative and receptionist support for dealership operations

• Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone

What You'll Bring

• Previous customer service, receptionist, call center, BDC, or administrative experience

• Build great customer relationships

• A passion for helping others

• Comfortable using computers and technology

• CRM experience, but we're happy to train you

• A team-first mindset and commitment to exceptional customer service

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
