This role helps maintain an organized, clean, and safe environment while supporting daily operations.Key Responsibilities Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain product displaysMove merchandise using equipment such as pallet jacks and other toolsClean and maintain shelves, floors, restrooms, and work areasPerform trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and general janitorial dutiesOperate equipment such as cardboard balers and pallet jacksMaintain cleanliness in specialized areas such as meat departments (as assigned)Follow OSHA safety standards and site-specific requirementsParticipate in trainings and team meetingsMaintain positive relationships with coworkers and customersFollow all company policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications No formal education or prior experience requiredAbility to follow simple instructions and complete assigned tasksAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid Alaska driver's license with acceptable driving recordMust have an insured vehicleAbility to pass required background checksAbility to obtain site clearance (JBER access if applicable)Preferred Qualifications Experience in stocking, retail, or janitorial workFamiliarity with pallet jacks or similar equipmentExperience working with individuals with disabilitiesStrong communication and teamwork skillsPhysical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reachingAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyAbility to perform repetitive physical tasksWork Environment Work in retail, warehouse, or commissary-type settingsOccasional exposure to elevated areasModerate noise levelsEqual Employment Opportunity Assets, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
