WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE Pay: $21–$25/hour | Contract to Hire Opti Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a local HVAC company. This role keeps the warehouse running — receiving, organizing, and getting the right parts and equipment out the door to techs and job sites.What You'll Do: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming HVAC parts, materials, and equipmentPick and stage materials for scheduled jobs and techniciansKeep inventory organized and accurately countedLoad/unload trucks and operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience a plus)Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouseAssist with shipping, receiving, and cycle counts as neededWhat You Bring: Warehouse, inventory, or stockroom experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shiftForklift certification a plus (or willingness to get certified)Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independentlyHVAC/mechanical parts knowledge a bonus, not requiredSchedule: Full-time, Monday–FridayPay: $21–$25/hour, DOE#J-18808-Ljbffr
