Hello! We're a family based in Anchorage, Alaska, currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated elder care provider to join us. Our ideal candidate will provide part-time, live-out support for our beloved mother who is entering her mid-eighties. Judi is warm, outgoing and social. She has lived an interesting and glamorous life and moved back to Anchorage to be near her grandchildren
Until recently Judi was social, outgoing and self sufficient. However, her ability to drive has diminished and her age related memory problems have made keeping track of administrative tasks a challenge.
The role primarily involves companionship and home care, offering a helping hand in day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include administering medication, driving to errands, grocery and mail pickup, driving to medical appointments, assisting with personal care needs, light cleaning around the house, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our family member.
We highly value a candidate who is empathetic, reliable, and has experience in elder care. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the quality of life and independence for our loved one.
We offer a competitive pay rate of $33 per hour up to 10 hours per week for your valuable service and commitment.
