Warehouse Associate - Anchorage AK - Retention Bonus Available

Join our team in the Anchorage Division, where you will play a key role in supporting our customers by accurately fulfilling warehouse orders, maintaining an organized work environment, and contributing to a culture of safety and teamwork. We provide a stable and consistent MondayFriday schedule 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with the possibility of overtime.

Essential Functions

Primary Duties

• Review customer orders and accurately pick, pull, and stage products according to established processes.
• Load and unload freight to support timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jack, picker, and stretch wrapper.
• Assist with updates to orders, product substitutions, and communication with sales staff when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company and regulatory safety procedures.
• Demonstrate regular, reliable attendance.

Secondary Duties

• Assist with receiving, stocking, and relocating inventory.
• Break down and recycle empty cartons.
• Remove debris and non-recyclables.
• Support inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Provide backup support for other warehouse team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. occasionally with team assistance.

Ability to move materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools.

Professional conduct and strong work ethic.

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute effectively to a team

Customer service oriented; able to remain calm and effective under pressure

Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.

Basic math and measurement skills; able to read and interpret work documents.

Warehouse operations knowledge preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Self-motivated with strong time-management habits.

Ability to meet safety expectations and regulatory requirements.

Working Conditions
