- 8 ‐ 10 patients per day
- 80% clinic / 20% hospital setting
- Support staff ‐‐ 3.5 RN case managers, 5 CMAs, and nurses
- 100% adult patient population
- 40% hematology / 60% oncology patient mix
- Hospital privileges required
