OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING!Temporary Front Desk / Customer Service Representative
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Assignment Length: Immediate start through early/mid October

Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a well-established Anchorage construction company to find a dependable and customer-focused Temporary Front Desk / Customer Service candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous office experience who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

The company offers a relaxed, casual workplace culture and is looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and ready to jump in and help wherever needed.
Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Greet and assist customers at the front counter
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
• Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties
• Assist with additional office tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of office or administrative experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable answering multi-line phone systems
• Organized with excellent attention to detail
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle for transportation
