Description
We are seeking dedicated and passionate TC2H Community Coordinators to support our Teaching Culture, Honoring Heritage: Bristol Bay's Native Language Empowerment Collaborative (TC2H) project. These individuals will oversee and implement language and cultural initiatives aligned with the foundation's goals. The Community Coordinator will play a key role in strengthening connections between Alutiiq communities, schools, and teachers through the Cultural Enrichment Program. In close collaboration with partners, schools, and tribes, the Community Coordinator will administer and deliver culturally responsive enrichment activities that celebrate local traditions and integrate them into academic and extracurricular settings.
This position is central to planning and implementing Immersive After-School Activities in Port Heiden. These activities will bring together students, families, educators, elders, and community members to promote intergenerational learning and cultural vitality.
