Opening: Temporary Receptionist
Location: Anchorage, AK
Assignment Dates: September 8 - September 11
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $20-$22 DOE

OPTI Staffing Group is partnering with a respected Alaska Native Corporation seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist to provide front desk coverage during a temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing outstanding customer service, maintaining an organized office, and representing a professional organization with a welcoming attitude.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Responsibilities include:

• Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Assist with scheduling meetings and conference rooms
• Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and general administrative support
• Assist office staff with clerical tasks as needed
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Provide excellent customer service while supporting daily office operations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
• Must be available to work the full assignment: September 8-11, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and a training day on September 4th
