Job description:
Tommy's Express Car Wash of Anchorage is seeking a driven Assistant Manager to lead our Abbott Road location. This is a rare opportunity to step into a growth-focused, veteran-owned franchise organization operating across Kansas, Oklahoma, and Alaska - with further expansion plans underway in Anchorage.
Talented Leaders at Tommy's will:
- Lead Great Teams to Great Results - This role will lead a team of 15 to 20 hourly team members.
- Grow the Business - Metric focused role based on site's performance in: membership and revenue growth, expense management, guest churn, and equipment/operations uptime
