OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING
Opening: Administrative Assistant - Sales Support
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $20 - $25

Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a leading manufacturer's representative specializing in commercial and industrial products for the HVAC and construction industries. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
This role is perfect for an organized and motivated administrative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Answering and directing phone calls professionally
• Providing support to the sales team and assisting with client inquiries
• Processing returned goods authorizations (RGAs) and tracking inventory inquiries
• Performing data entry, clerical support, and document management
• Coordinating office supply purchasing and fulfillment
• Assisting with marketing projects and promotional materials
• Maintaining an organized filing system
• Handling small stock order entry and other duties as assigned
• Handling order entry and other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Entry-level position - prior experience in administrative or sales support is a plus
• Interest in business, HVAC, or the construction industry preferred
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and track multiple inquiries at once
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications
• Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and work ethic
