Executive Assistant

Provide administrative support in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the company's office, especially pertaining to the President / GM of the company.
Fairweather, LLC Office- Anchorage, AK
Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Support for President /GM
- Provide word-processing, Excel spreadsheets, reports and administrative support
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference calls
- Manage Executive calendars, working closely with the President / GM
- Event coordination for meetings and special events
- Prepare meeting agendas and itineraries
- Credit Card reconciliation (maintaining receipts in an organized fashion)
- Generally, assist President / GM to be on time and effective
Support for Fairweather Manager Team
- Arrange payments for events, sponsorships, and donations
- Coordinate company personnel travel arrangements, including airline, hotel, and ground transportation for all out-of-state travel and in-state travel as needed
- Assist management team with various projects
- Perform other related duties as assigned by President / GM
- Provide break and vacation relief to Receptionist position
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- At least (3) years of experience as executive assistant
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and office administration
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications, including MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of email applications, such as Microsoft Outlook
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:

- Computer skills including the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, word processing, publishing, calendaring, emails, and PowerPoint programs at a highly proficient level utilizing MS programs: Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to keep sensitive information and correspondence confidential
Physical Demands:
The Executive Assistant position is office-based and requires attention to ergonomics.
Working Conditions:
The Executive Assistant may have to manage a number of projects at one time and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of employees, staff, visitors, clients, contractors, and the general public, while maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor. The Executive Assistant will need excellent organizational and time and stress management skills
