Opening: Temporary Administrative Assistant
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $20 DOE
Position Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our team during a busy season. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a professional office environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly. The role will focus on providing general office support, assisting with clerical tasks, and helping staff stay organized and on track.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- File, scan, and organize documents
- Assist with data entry and basic reporting
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
- Support staff with various administrative tasks as assigned
- Prior administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent required
