Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel EEG Technologist for a travel job in Anchorage, Alaska. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: EEG Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 08/10/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: This EEG Technologist Registered position is located in Anchorage, Alaska. The role involves supporting adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients by setting up EEG reads and communicating with neuro providers. The position requires working in an acute hospital setting with a focus on ambulatory EEG procedures, including coverage of a 24-hour call schedule along with outpatient and inpatient services. Job Details: Shift: 12 hours per shift with a minimum of 36 hours per week, scheduled primarily days. Required Qualifications: Certification as an EEG Technologist Registered (REEGT), valid state license (pending licenses accepted with a 10-12 week processing time), 2 years of related experience, BLS certification, and previous community hospital experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult ICU, ambulatory EEG, seizure studies, sleep EEG, and portable recording equipment; familiarity with Epic charting system. Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, with on-call duties, including one night and one weekend per month. Additional Information: Must be willing to work two of the three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year). Candidates will potentially float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals. References covering 1 year of relevant experience are required, with a preference for charge nurses or lead staff. No locals accepted unless their permanent address is at least 50 miles from the facility. Submittal Requirements: Include SSN, DOB, RTO, and certifications with submission. Travel compliance must be met at the time of submission.
