Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and applicable government location policies; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity or potential policy violations; Monitor entrances, common areas, and restricted locations for unauthorized access, and document observations, incidents, and daily activities in required reports; Support emergency response activities by following post orders, assisting with evacuations and/or access control measures, and communicating with supervisors and public-facing staff as needed
