Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and customer assistance activities at a commercial real estate location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and documenting security-related activity as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and/or perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and note unusual conditions; Monitor entry points, lobbies, and/or designated areas while verifying authorized access, providing directions, and reporting maintenance or property concerns to the appropriate contacts; Support emergency response activities by communicating with onsite personnel, assisting with evacuations or restricted access when appropriate, and completing detailed incident and/or daily activity reports
