The Ticket Puller plays a vital role in warehouse operations by accurately pulling, staging, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This position is responsible for reading and interpreting order information, locating materials using warehouse systems, and ensuring orders are assembled correctly and efficiently. The Ticket Puller works closely with the shipping and warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy, support timely order fulfillment, and uphold quality control standards. Success in this role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, safe equipment operation, and a strong commitment to teamwork, safety, and the company's core values.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:EnsureahighlevelofcustomerserviceisalwaysprovidedReadcustomerorder,workorder,shippingorder,orrequisitiontodetermineitemstobepulled,gathered,and staggedTransfermaterialsfromstorageorworksitestothedesignatedareabyhandorusingahandtruck,electricdolly, or forkliftSortandplacematerialsoritems onracks,shelves,orinbinsaccordingtopredeterminedsequence,suchas size, type, or product code, using a radio frequency gun (RF gun)Determinethelocationforretrievalofitemsusingaradiofrequencygun(RFgun)Maintainandcompilerecordsasrequired,includingtherecordofinventoryAssemblecustomerordersfromstockandplaceordersonpalletsorshelves,ortransferorderstothepackingstation or the shipping departmentPractice quality control measures to ensure order accuracyMayassistinmaintainingaclean/orderlywarehouseandyardPerformothervariousduties,asoutlinedbythe supervisorExude, understand, and demonstrate actions according to the Company's core values.
