Duties
Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following:
Recommends and implements procedures for ensuring proper record storage in a manner that is consistent with the statutes, regulations, and Department and BLM policies.
Works with programs to establish and maintain analog and electronic records management processes.
Maintains and implements a records management file plan that will guide record keeping and assists in record lifecycle management.
Ensures proper storage and delivery of all Docket casefiles to programs and public and updates information in the tracking system. Includes annual storage and desk inventories.
Completes final disposition for temporary records and oversees destruction paperwork.
