Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceOVERVIEWOur Warehouse Operators are front-line team members who are responsible for receiving carpet and carpet pad, staging product for installations, inventory control tracking and general warehouse maintenance.RESPONSIBILITIESThe following are the responsibilities for this position:Loading and unloading carpet and carpet padFollowing company's policies on receiving product and inventory controlFollowing safety and lifting protocols during deliveries, and conducting safety reviewsOrganizing warehouse and placement of productKeeping warehouse clean and tidy at all timesMaintaining and cleaning vehicles (including Forklift)Maintaining a professional appearance in compliance with the company's standardsAbility to communicate and assist Delivery Drivers, Installers and other PSG team membersTransferring carpet or pad to another location, as neededDelivering products to designated locations as neededPerform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position.QUALIFICATIONSMust be 18 years of age or olderPass a criminal background checkHave a valid Driver's License and a clean driving recordAbility to regularly lift or move 80lbsAbility to operate and maintain Forklift & company vehicleExperience with computers and GoogleAbility to learn company installation softwareProvide excellent customer serviceWorking Conditions:Must be physically and mentally able to successfully perform essential duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally. Is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, climb, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach or balance.
