Visit www.northwest.ca to learn more.Your Role:Pick produce orders accurately using a scanner or paper pick listsInspect produce for freshness, quality, and correct quantityPack and label orders according to company standardsStage completed orders for loading and deliveryKeep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazardsReport damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies to supervisorDesired Skills & Experience:High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)1‑3 months of related Produce experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructionsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedlyComfortable working in cold storage (34–40°F) for extended periodsBasic reading and counting ability requiredOne year of warehouse experience preferredForklift or pallet jack certification is an asset (training available)Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shiftLocation: Anchorage, AKReports to: Arctic Harvest ManagerA competitive pay rate is being offered along with opportunities to learn, develop and advance throughout the organization.
