Your Role at OPA:
As a Surgery Scheduler at OPA you will greatly contribute to the team by ensuring patient surgical needs by working collaboratively to ensure patients are scheduled for surgical appointments.
What You'll Do:
Primarily works with surgeons, medical staff, and patients to obtain a surgery date and schedule all components of surgery
Answer patient calls and follow up with patients
Able to handle multiple interruptions during the day while maintaining a high volume of surgery orders

Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year of clinical experience
Ability to understand medical charts and diagnosis for billing purposes
Experience using an electronic health records (EHR) software
