Care Career is seeking a travel EEG Technologist for a travel job in Anchorage, Alaska. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: EEG Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Role: EEG Technologist (EEG Tech) Start: ASAP Shift: Day shift, 3×12 hours (07:00–19:00) Setting: Acute hospital ambulatory clinic Facility type: Magnet hospital, Level II Trauma center (407 beds) Schedule & Hours Core schedule: 3×12-hour shifts Clinic hours: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM Call requirement: 24/7 hospital coverage shared across team ~1 night/week call ~1 weekend per month call Guaranteed hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks May be called off 1 shift per pay period Contract length: ~91 weeks Job Duties (EEG Tech work) You'll be responsible for: EEG setup and monitoring Ambulatory EEG and inpatient EEG Long-term/video EEG monitoring Sleep-deprived and routine EEG studies Electrode placement Supporting ICU/ED/PICU/NICU when needed Communicating EEG findings to neurology providers Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years (first-time travelers accepted) Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) REEGT / R. EEG T.
