Line Cook

Compensation: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, Full-Time PM

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated line cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will prepare ingredients, cook menu items, and ensure high-quality dishes are served in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to maintain consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Set up and stock workstations with necessary supplies
• Ensure food is prepared in a timely and organized manner
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace in compliance with health regulations
• Follow proper food handling, safety, and hygiene practices
• Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team and front-of-house staff
• Monitor inventory and report shortages or issues

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
• Basic understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be available to work full PM shift.
