Weekend coverage may vary based on staffing needs. Guaranteed 70 hours per two-week period. Highlights: 13-week travel assignment at a 407-bed acute care hospital Magnet-designated facility and Level II Trauma Center recognized as the best hospital in Alaska Work with advanced Siemens MRI technology including 1.5T Sola and 0.55T Free.Max systems Focus on neurological and spine imaging with extensive anesthesia and ICU patient experience Epic charting system with comprehensive orientation provided Free parking and scrubs provided Requirements: Valid Alaska state license or eligible for licensure (processing takes 10-12 weeks) Current certifications: BLS, ARRT(R), ARRT(MR) Minimum 1 year of MRI technologist experience Proficiency with brain, spine, abdominal, and extremity imaging protocols Experience with adult acute care, ICU, and ER/trauma patients preferred Siemens equipment experience strongly preferred Epic charting experience preferred Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility Hepatitis B vaccination required (titers or declinations not accepted) Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years Willingness to work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) Why Join Us?
