Details Acute care hospital setting in a Mammography department Magnet facility, Level II Trauma Center, and USNWR Best Hospital in Alaska with 407 staffed beds Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Charting in Epic EMR Free on-site parking available Floating between facilities within Alaska may be required; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment Requirements Minimum of 1 year of Mammography Technologist experience Current BLS certification required Epic EMR experience required Active professional license required if applicable Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting required for consideration Full SSN and DOB required for consideration Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply Scrubs are provided by the facility Block scheduling can be accommodated RTO requests are evaluated on an individual basis and must be disclosed at the time of submission Former permanent staff of this facility must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler Local candidates are not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility American Traveler Job ID P-722496.
