Position Title: Warehouse & Customer Service Associate

Pay: DOE
Schedule: Full-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse & Customer Service Associate to joinour team. This position combines customer service responsibilities with hands-on warehouse support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday. Approximately 60% of the role is office-based customer service and administrative work, while 40% involves warehouse operations, inventory handling, and physical labor.

The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, hardworking, and willing to jump in wherever needed. We are looking for someone who takes pride in helping customers, works well independently, and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Office Duties (60%)

  • Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding orders, deliveries, and follow-ups
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order status updates, and general questions
  • Process orders, invoices, and other documentation accurately
  • Maintain customer records and company databases
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Provide exceptional customer service while building positive customer relationships
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Warehouse Duties (40%)
  • Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory
  • Pull, package, and prepare orders for shipment or pickup
  • Load and unload products safely
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment as trained
  • Assist with deliveries or transportation of materials when required
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and standard office software
  • Strong phone communication skills for both inbound and outbound customer interactions
  • Good driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds or more regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
  • Previous customer service, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred but not required
