This role includes working with adult patients across various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency departments. Candidates are required to bring their valid state license on the first day of employment. The position offers a schedule of three 12-hour shifts with potential variability, supporting a 24-hour hospital call coverage throughout the year. Job Details: Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, variable timing primarily covering day shifts. Required Qualifications: Valid State License (allowed to submit with a pending license, takes 10-12 weeks), Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Registered EEG Technician (R.EEGT), and at least 2 years of experience in EEG Technologist roles. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult ICU, ambulatory EEG, ECI Brain Death protocols, electrode placement, emergency department, electromyography (EMG), Level 1 Trauma, long-term monitoring/video monitoring, neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), pediatric intensive care unit (PICU), portable recording, seizure studies, sleep-deprived EEG, sleep EEG, portable recording ICU, and experience with the charting system Epic. Additional Information: The candidate must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. The assignment begins on 07/06/2026, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Submission must include a Social Security Number (SSN), date of birth (DOB), and RTO (Request for Time Off). Hepatitis B vaccination is required. Candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility address in Anchorage, Alaska. References: Two references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years, including charge RNs or leads if required. Modular training hours are non-billable, averaging 16 hours pre-start, with annual completion recorded in Workramp transcripts.
