Our team is small, collaborative, and hands‑on, which means every person here has real influence on the work, client relationships, and the direction of the agency.We're looking for an experienced Art Director to help creative execution across client brands, with a strong emphasis on print design, branding systems, layout, production, and visual storytelling.This role is ideal for someone who loves both the creative and practical sides of design; someone who can concept strategically, design beautifully, and confidently prepare files for production without missing the details.Position OverviewThe Art Director will lead and execute creative projects across print and digital channels for a variety of client accounts. This person will play a key role in shaping brand identities, developing campaign creative, and maintaining design quality across all deliverables.Because we are a small agency, this role is highly collaborative and hands‑on. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning projects from concept through final production, communicating directly with clients and vendors, and balancing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.We are looking for a strong designer and creative thinker who enjoys being actively involved in the work.
