Job Description Job Description Job Title Facilities Operations Engineer or Specialist IVCompensation $94.00/hr – $104.50/hrLocation 700 G Street, Anchorage, Alaska, United States of America, 99501Schedule 5/2Target Start Date 4/28/2026Scope Job Summary The Willow WTI Facility Engineer will be part of the Willow Engineering & Systems Integration Team, supporting the DS Project Integration & Interface Lead. This role focuses on surface engineering and planning support for development drilling, frac, flowback, and well tie-in to temporary and permanent facilities, while supporting simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) planning and optimization.This position is located primarily in Anchorage, Alaska and may include travel to the North Slope and other locations to support WTI and pre-drill planning, with execution beginning in Q1 2027.Key Responsibilities Support development of first and subsequent 90-day field execution plans for Willow development drillingPerform technical and financial evaluation of surface facilities scope in support of well tie-ins and temporary drilling and completions support infrastructure (e.g., frac and flowback equipment, temporary power, pre-drill well data collection)Support design and build-out of Willow WTI well delivery organization and interface with base business unit peers to ensure long-term program success and optimizationIdentify execution threats and develop mitigations; identify opportunities and lessons learnedWork collaboratively with Willow functions, disciplines, and the AKBU Wells team to deliver 2027 drilling, frac, and flowback programs in conjunction with drillsite facilities executionQualifications Required Must be legally authorized to work in the United StatesBachelor's degree or higher in Engineering3+ years of facilities experience on the North SlopeHigh awareness of safe working practices in drillsite operations, frac, flowback, and associated well operationsAbility and willingness to travel to the North Slope and other domestic locationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsPreferred 10+ years of North Slope experience with demonstrated understanding of drillsite operations and surface facilities and infrastructure engineering support from drilling to productionDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multi-discipline, multi-function project environment with numerous stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to develop and implement creative, operable, maintainable, and technically sound solutions to surface facilities installationDemonstrated analytical thinking skills, including application of technology to enhance technical and analytical performanceTakes ownership of actions and follows through on commitmentsDemonstrated ability to manage rapidly shifting scopes of work and prioritiesStrong interpersonal and influencing skills to manage ambiguity, resolve conflict, and drive decisionsStrong multi-tasking skills with ability to manage multiple ongoing prioritiesDemonstrates adaptability, resourcefulness, flexibility, and commitment to continuous improvementAdditional Notes Primary location: Anchorage, Alaska with travel to North SlopeRole supports Willow WTI program and pre-drill planning with execution beginning in Q1 2027Strong emphasis on coordination across drilling, completions, and facilities teamsFocus on SIMOPS, execution planning, and surface facilities integrationPowered by JazzHRZhFWaZndcl
