Description

Responsible for planning, creating, implementing and promoting a culture of gratitude through a comprehensive, strategic donor relations program, including gift acknowledgment, gift stewardship, donor recognition and donor engagement to further Providence's fundraisinggoals in Southern California. The Regional Director will build and mentor a team of dedicated donor relations professionals to steward all gifts and recognize and engage donors, with a strong emphasis on major and principal gifts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (i.e., English, history, communications, humanities)
• Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
• 10 or more years experience in stewardship/donor relations.
• 8 years leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a related field (i.e., English, history, communications, humanities).

Compensation

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
