Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policies; Respond to incidents, alarms, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations and communicate with property management; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations; Monitor access points, observe foot and vehicle traffic, and report suspicious behavior or property damage; Prepare accurate activity logs and incident reports and maintain professional presence
