Remington Hospitality - - Responsibilities: Respond to all service calls within half hour from time call is received; Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, take immediate corrective action for guest-related or top-priority issues; Record repairs on the departmental work order form; Follow departmental procedures for repair, maintenance, alteration and installation work; Coordinate with electricians, carpenters, painters and night engineers on service, replacement, alteration and new installation work
