Job Description Job Description Thompson & Associates is hiring snowplow drivers, operators, and laborersPlow Duties Include:- Operate pickup-mounted snowplow- Operate pickup-mounted sanders- Light Shoveling-pre-trip and post-trip trucksOperator duties Include:-Operate various equipment including;SkidsteerLarge loaders with a bucket or 20 ft push bladesDozerGradersVacuum truck-Light shoveling-Pre-trip and post-trip equipmentLaborer Duties include:-Shoveling snow-Operate walk behind snow blowers-Operate walk behind sidewalk brooms-Apply ice melt via ice melt spreaderRequirements:-Clean driving record-Pass a background check-Reliable transportation-Appropriate cold weather gear-Plow experience preferred-Previous operator experienceJoining the Thompson Snow Removal Team Means:- Paid Training and Orientation- Opportunities to advance with a career path to full-time and year-round workPay varies per position and experience. All work is at Ted Stevens Airport Applicants must be able to pass an extensive 10-year TSA background check. This is an on-call, weather-dependent position based on snow and ice events.
