- Hands-on experience implementing Cass Information Systems solutions
- Strong background in Telecom Expense Management (TEM)
- Experience supporting telecom companies, large enterprise telecom environments, or utility expense management initiatives
- Deep understanding of telecom billing, invoice auditing, dispute management, and expense optimization
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience leading workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussions
